Humble & Co · Your result

You're matched with Alan. Best starting point: Leadership coaching.

You lead people, or you are about to, and you want to do it well.

Leadership coaching works on your first 90 days, one-to-ones, tough conversations, and the shift from doing to leading. Alan has spent over 20 years leading people, including technical teams, at Apple, Slack, and Salesforce.

Start with a 15-minute Intro chat, at no cost and with no obligation.

Before you book: clicking a Book button on this page sends your quiz result and answers to Cal.com in the booking link. They fill in the booking notes so Alan can see them before we talk, and you can change or delete them there before you confirm. We do not store them anywhere else, and if you do not click a Book button, nothing is sent.

A good way to start

Start with an Intro chat: 15 minutes, at no cost. After that you can choose a single 50-minute session (A$129), a three-session path (A$369), or Ongoing support (A$349 a month).

One thing people ask

  • Cost: sessions are A$129, shown in full, with no lock-in. The Intro chat comes first, at no cost.
  • Does it work? Coaching is a structured conversation, not a promise of a job or a result. In the Intro chat we agree what you want from it.
  • Time: sessions are remote, 50 minutes, at a time that suits you.
  • Privacy: what you tell us stays between us, with a few plain exceptions (see How it works). This quiz does not store your answers; they are only sent to the booking page if you click a Book button.

What happens next

  • Book an Intro chat. It is 15 minutes by video, at no cost.
  • We talk about where you are and whether coaching is a good idea at all. If it is not the right fit, we will say so.
  • You decide what, if anything, to book next. Prices are on the booking page.

A plain note: coaching is not therapy or mental health treatment. In an emergency call 000, and for support at any hour you can call Lifeline on 13 11 14.

This page does not store your answers. They only go to Cal.com if you click a Book button. Take the quiz again, or get ready for your first session.
